We will learn how gardening has been proven to reduce stress, improve mood and offer a variety of health benefits. This session will focus on the people-plant interaction and participants will get to experience the positive benefits plants can have on their health. Participants will get to sow seeds and transplant a flower to take home and grow. We will also take time to walk through the UT Gardens and learn how mindfulness can be used to help us de-stress.
Cost: Free - Only UT employees are eligible to attend this session.
