Herbs have many uses. This class will look at tea and a variety of herbs that can be used for teas. We will also explore the history of tea and its importance for economic growth through the centuries. Students will get to sample several teas made during the class. The class will end with a look at how to plant and grow your own herbs at home to make tea.
