Back by popular demand! Join us as we preserve the season's finest culinary herbs. We’ll cover methods for drying, freezing and creating herb infused oils. Participants will receive a complimentary herb blend to try at home. Make a Mother's Day gift.

Instructors: UT Kitchen garden manager, Holly Jones and Blount County master gardener and professionally trained culinary artist Rosemarie Cirinna.
