Join us as we preserve the season's finest culinary herbs. We’ll cover methods for drying, freezing and creating herb infused oils. Participants will take home samples of an artisanal Italian herb blend. Instructors: UT Kitchen garden manager, Holly Jones and Blount County master gardener and professionally trained culinary artist Rosemarie Cirinna.
