Join master gardener Rosemarie Ciriina and UT kitchen garden manager Holly Jones as we preserve some of the season's finest culinary herbs. First, we'll demonstrate herb drying techniques and create a take home blend of Italian seasonings. Then, we'll sample an ancient Chinese tea made from a common garden flower. For the desert portion, Rosemarie will teach us how to make a delicious sugar-free sweetener from Stevia.
